What if I have food allergies?
Our products are NOT prepared in an allergen-free environment.
Anyone with a food allergy should let us know by filling out the contact form.
Do you do custom orders?
If you are interested in a custom box please head over to our contact page and fill out your request.
How long after I receive my box should it be consumed?
We recommend that the boxes be consumed within 2 days if kept in the refrigerator, or 4 hours outside of the refrigerator.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website.
How much notice is required to receive a box?
48 hour notice is required. However, we do make exceptions – please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order.
What if I need an order sooner than 48 hours?
Kindly fill out the contact form to inquire if we are able to accommodate your request.
Pickup & Delivery
What are pickup and delivery hours?
Pickups are between 10AM – 12PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Delivery hours are between 1PM – 3PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
*Due to unpredictable weather conditions the delivery schedule is subject to change.
Where are you located for pickup?
We are located at 1721 Brunswick Street, Halifax Nova Scotia, B3J 2G4.
Is there an additional delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a $15 flat fee for delivery.
Are you Food Safe Certified?
Yes! All of our staff are Food Safe Certified, and we run our business in an accordance with provincial regulations and bylaws.
All food is prepared and packaged in a commercial kitchen.
